We aim to ship our products within 1-3 working days after placing an order. Delivery can take between 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination. All WI wallpaper murals are shipped in postal tubes, inside an outer cardboard box, for maximum protection and an excellent customer experience.

WI wallpapers are printed to order, and hence products cannot be returned. We ensure the product arrives without defects and successfully reaches your home. If an issue arises with delivery or product quality, we will replace it. Photos of any damage or defects may be requested. Please check for any defects and report them within 14 days of delivery.
